Exchanges and Returns:
For exchanges and returns, the product must be sent in the original packaging, with all manuals, accessories and accompanied by the 2nd copy of the invoice. If you do not have the invoice, please make a written purchase declaration describing the reasons for the exchange or return. Products sent to us due to a defect will go through our technical department to evaluate and determine whether or not the manufacturing defect exists. If it is found that there is no defect in the product, De La Terre Cosméticos Naturais e Veganos will arrange for the same product to be sent to the Customer's address; If the product needs to be repaired, the deadline for returning the repaired product is 30 days from the date of receipt of the product in our stock.
De La Terre Cosméticos Naturais e Veganos is exempt from the obligation to exchange or repair any product whose defect has been caused by misuse, according to the assessment of our technicians. We clarify that even if the request is made within the seven calendar days provided for the withdrawal of the purchase, the Store reserves the right to repair the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
